William Morache is a curious and capable preservation consultant. His experience includes drafting, writing, research, documentation, conditions assessments, and architectural field work.

William has studied and worked with some of the most knowledgeable and respected practitioners in the preservation field. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Vermont and an M.S. in Historic Preservation from Columbia University. Prior to founding WMHP, he worked for a leading NYC façade consulting firm as a restoration specialist.
